Quick Troubleshooting Guide
When the Prestartr web application acts up, displays outdated information, or throws login errors, cached files or stale cookies are usually the culprit. You can resolve most display and functionality issues in seconds using browser keyboard shortcuts.

Method 1: Hard Refresh (Try This First)
Forces the current page to reload entirely fresh files from the server instead of loading from local memory.
Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) while viewing the problematic page.
Method 2: Clear Browsing Data (Full Reset)
Removes stored cookies, temporary images, and site data across your entire browser.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac) while your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Brave) is active.
Set the Time Range to All time (or Everything).
Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data / Clear now.
Close all open browser windows, reopen the browser, and log back into Prestartr.
