Using the Rental Dashboard for Wet and Dry Hire

The Rental Dashboard in Prestartr is your central hub for managing hire agreements and hire contracts. 

It provides visibility and control over both wet hire and dry hire operations.


Using the Rental Dashboard

When navigating to the Rental module, you will land on the Dashboard by default.

The Dashboard is split into three tabs: All, Wet Hire, and Dry Hire.

All Rental

The All Rental tab displays the current Month and can be filtered by Job, Company, Plant, and Operator using the drop-downs at the top of the dashboard. A Total Expected Revenue is displayed in the top left, as well as any Awaiting Invoices and any Rental items that Require Attention.

Click the Agreement/Contract # to view the specific rental item details.

From this dashboard you can also Generate Invoices, Reports, and Print off this dashboard list.

 
 

Wet Hire

The Wet Hire tab displays the current Month and can be filtered by Job, Company, Plant, and Operator using the drop-downs at the top of the dashboard. A Realised Revenue and Forecasted Revenue is displayed in the top left, as well as any Expected Revenue, Awaiting Invoices and any Rental items that Require Attention.

Click the Agreement/Contract # to view the specific rental item details.

From this dashboard you can also Generate Invoices, Reports, and Print off this dashboard list.

 
 

Dry Hire

The Dry Hire tab displays the current Month and can be filtered by Company and Plant using the drop-downs at the top of the dashboard. An Expected Revenue is displayed in the top left, as well as any Awaiting Invoices and Rental items that Require Attention.
