Adding Fuel Readings to a Plant

This guide outlines the steps to record fuel readings for your selected plant. You can choose to enter these readings manually or import them in bulk using a CSV file.

  1. Navigate to the Plant module.
  2. Select your plant.
  3. Click on the Service Tab.
  1. Navigate to the FUEL READINGS section. You can either Add Manually or import the readings.

Adding Manually

  1. In the FUEL READINGS section, click on the Add Manually button
  2. Fill in all the required details in the form provided
  1. Click Save to record your entry.

Importing Fuel Readings

 

  1. Within the FUEL READINGS section, click the Download button (⬇️) to retrieve the sample CSV file template.
  1. Open the downloaded file and fill in your fuel reading data.
    Important Note: Ensure the date format in your file is strictly set to dd/MM/yyyy before saving.
  2. Save the completed CSV file to your computer.
  3. Return to the system and click the Upload button (⬆️) to import your spreadsheet data.
