Managing the Test Register

How to add, edit, and delete entries from your Test Register

The Test Register offers a customizable list of items that can be set up in the Knowledge Base module, using the Edit button.

Once your Test Register is set up, you can access it via a Form Template, allowing your workers to access it in the field.


Setting up the Test Register

Setting up the Test Register is done directly from the Test Register in the Knowledge Base.

Click the Edit button in the upper right to enter Edit Mode.


While in Edit Mode, click New Row to add additional empty test register rows. Each row has the following fields that can be pre-filled or left blank to be filled in by your workers:

  • Item #
  • Result/Comment
  • Code
  • Who Resp (Subcontractor)
  • Signature (Subcontractor)
  • Date (Subcontractor)

  • Code (Your Company)
  • Who Resp (Your Company)
  • Signature (Your Company)
  • Date (Your Company)

  • Code (Client)
  • Who Resp (Client)
  • Signature (Client)
  • Date (Client)

Edit and Delete

From Edit Mode, you can freely update or edit any field of a Test Register row.

To confirm and save any edits or changes, click Save in the upper right.

To Delete a Test Register row, click the Rubbish icon to the far right of the row, then Save.
