Capturing multiple photos in forms
Photo fields allow field users to capture evidence, site conditions, defects, progress, and supporting records directly inside forms. Where enabled, users can capture multiple photos in a single form workflow.

Before you start
- You need access to the relevant form.
- The form template must include a photo field.
- On mobile, camera and photo permissions must be allowed for Prestartr.
Add multiple photos
- Open the form you need to complete.
- Go to the photo field.
- Select the photo capture or upload option.
- Add the first photo.
- Continue adding photos as required.
- Review each photo before submitting the form.
- Save or submit the form.

Review photos before submitting
Check that each image is clear, relevant, and attached to the correct form section. Remove any accidental or duplicate images before submitting.
Verify it worked
- All required photos appear in the form before submission.
- Submitted forms retain the attached photos.
- Photos are visible when the form is reopened or reviewed.

Common issues
- If the camera does not open, check device permissions.
- If a photo does not upload, check your internet connection and try again.
- If a photo appears in the wrong section, remove it and reattach it to the correct field before submitting.
