Company Group Expiry Matrix

The Company Dashboard is where you can view all Companies in your Prestartr. From the dashboard you can import or export these Companies, create new Companies, as well as quickly edit or delete any Companies as needed.

The Companies Dashboard Explained

There are three major areas of the dashboard:

  1. Sidebar Navigation- this is where Groups, Options, Expiry Matrix are located.
  2. Header- this is where you can Import Companies and the New Company button is located.
  3. Company list - this is where your created Companies are displayed.

All Companies

Displays all available Companies within the system.

Company Groups

Organise your Companies using the Groups settings.

Company Options

Additional settings and configurations for Company management.

Prestartr Support Tip:

If you have a lot of different types of Companies, leverage Groups to get easy to navigate tabs at the top of the Company Dashboard.

 
 
 

Companies List

Companies List

The Companies list will display all  Companies that have been created.

The columns of the forms list is changeable - if your company list doesn't look the same as the example, check the Column Selector. 

 

Sorting of the columns is done by clicking on the arrow next to the column name.
This will alternate between sorting Ascending and Descending sorts.

 
 

Top Navigation Items

Import / Export

Upload or download Companies for external use or integration. You will have options including:

  • Export as Report
  • Export as Backup
  • Export as Sample
  • Import

Contact Prestartr Support for assistance with importing Companies.

New Company

Create a new company from scratch.

Favorite Manager

Switch between different views with different columns and ordering.

Column Selector

Sort and select which columns are visible. This is where you can save a view and then access it via the Manager.

 
 

Company Group

 

 

 

The Company Group area lets you setup categories or groups to bundle the Companies in your Prestartr.


Click Create New Group and give it a name and save. That simple!


When creating a new Company, you can now select the Group and view it under the same tab on the dashboard.

Expiry Matrix

The Expiry Matrix section is where you can view the expiry dates of various Company fields, configurable in the Configuration tab.
