Getting Started with Toufic
One of the first things to do when learning a new system is to log in - take a look around - and get familiar with the interface.
We'll walk through finding and downloading the app, logging in for the first time, and then we'll take a quick tour so you can practice some basic navigation and identify the key sections you'll be focusing on during your training.

When getting set up and ready to start using your Prestartr, there are a few areas where you can take charge of your setup.
Bulk import and setup of your Companies, People, and Plant are excellent ways to get your Prestartr ready for users.
These things can be done before you've even had you're Kick-off meeting or any training sessions with our team. |
The Prestartr Website
To log into Prestartr, enter your Username and Password and click Login.

This article will cover the basics of logging into the Prestartr website and how to reset a forgotten password for users.

Before logging in…
It's important to know your company login process, as some will use a Username and Password while others might use Microsoft Azure.
Usernames are unique email addresses.
Passwords are unique to each individual.
Log In
Standard Login
https://app.prestartr.com/login
When logging into to Prestartr, enter your Username and Password into the Name and Password fields.
Click Login.
You will then be logged into the system.
If you login to the Tenant screen, select the correct option from the drop-down menu and click Login to Tenant.
Azure Login
SSO Login
Click Login with Microsoft Azure AD.
Enter your login credentials through the Azure Login Portal.
Once completed, you will log into Prestartr.
If you are having difficulties logging in to Azure, utilise the “Can't access your account?” prompt.
Password Reset
If you are unable to login using the Standard Login, you can reset your password.
Click Forgot Password.
A reset email will be sent to the address you provide in the Email field.
If you have forgotten the Email address used to log in, please contact your business administration team.
They can provide you the email or escalate it to Prestartr Support on your behalf.
Change Tenant or Profile Picture
If you have access to multiple Tenants, you may need to switch between them while in the Office.
To switch Tenant, click your Profile icon in the upper right corner of Prestartr.
Click Switch Tenants.
From the Tenant Selection window, choose the Tenant to switch to.
Click Switch Tenant.
Quick Guide
To change your Profile Picture, from the same menu, click the Change Profile Picture prompt.
From the upload window, select your desired Profile Picture and click Save.
Prestartr Landing Page - The Job Dashboard
When you log into your Prestartr, you will land on the Job Dashboard by default. This will display all of the Jobs that have been created in your Prestartr.
On the far left are two vertical menus:
The Module menu and its Submenu.
This is where you can navigate between modules.
Each module also features it's own submenus.
Let’s begin by navigating through to the Company module, which is the first icon in the Module menu.
The Company Module
When navigating to the Companies module, you land on the Companies Dashboard by default.
From the Submenu you can also access the Groups and Expiry Matrix areas.
These will be covered in a different session - just keep in mind where you can find them.
The dashboard will display a list of all Company records in your Prestartr.
You can sort and modify the visible columns displayed here as well.
Now lets navigate to the People module.
The People Module
Navigating to the People module will look visually similar to the Companies module - the primary difference being that the list displayed corresponds to specific people, rather than companies, as well as a few different Submenu options.
From the submenu, you can also access the Groups, Zones, Training Matrix, and the Archive List.
These areas will be detailed in a different session. The same level of modifications to the displayed columns can also be done here for People.
Anywhere you can see the Column Selector icon 
allows you to update the column view.
Now, let’s navigate to the Plant module.
The Plant Module
Visually the plant module will resemble the People and Companies modules.
The list displayed here will be the records of your plants and assets - with the displayed columns reflecting the more specific information needed for these things such as the Make and Model.
The submenu of the Plant module also has areas for Groups, Zones, Options, Expiry Matrix, and the Service Register. These areas will be covered in a different session.
This will conclude navigating the office interface in Prestartr, now we will look at Mobile Navigation.
The Prestartr App
When logging in, like most other things, you'll need your Username and Password.
Once you are logged in you'll find yourself on the Dashboard.

This guide will walk you through downloading the Prestartr app and how to log in so you can hit the ground running.

Download
Prestartr on Google Play
To download the Prestartr app from the Google Play Store, scan the QR Code or tap on the Get it On Google Play button.
Tap Install, and wait for it to download and install.

 To download the Prestartr app from the Apple App Store, open the App Store, scan the QR Code or tap on the Download on the App Store button.
Tap Get, and wait for it to download and install.

Login
Login to Prestartr
When logging in, like most other things, you'll need your Username and Password.
Some clients have the option to sign in with their Microsoft Azure AD - you'll know if that's you.

Once you're entered your Username and Password - some clients may see an option to select a Tenant.
You'll know if that's you - if you don't see the prompt, you don't need to do it.
Once you are logged in you'll find the yourself on the Dashboard.
From here, your business will have your next steps.

Syncing
Syncing your Prestartr
Prestartr is always adding new features and functionalities to the product. Most of the time, you won't have to do anything to see the changes - but when you do, we've added a Sync option so you don't have to go and update the app.

From the Dashboard tap on Settings.
Tap Sync.
Once the app has finished syncing you'll see an update in the SYNC field.
Switch Tenant or Change Profile Picture
Switching Tenant on your Prestartr
If you need to switch between Tenants on your Prestartr, follow the quick instructions below.
From the Dashboard tap on Settings.
Tap Switch Tenant.
Select the new Tenant.
Tap Confirm to switch to the selected Tenant.
Change your Profile Picture
From the Dashboard tap on Settings.
Tap your initials or current Profile Picture in the top left.
Select the new Profile Picture you want to use.
Tap Upload to update your Profile Picture.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard will display your Name, the Time/Date as well as the Weather for your location. Below these element you will see a number of buttons - for example Scan QR, Site Prestart, or even one for Site Diary - these buttons are customisable for specific functions or forms in Prestartr.
Let's navigate to the these modules next:
- Company
- People
- Plant.
In the upper left corner tap the Menu icon to open the mobile Menu.
The first item is the Company Module.
The Company Module
The Companies module in the mobile app displays similar information, but formatted differently.
The list provided will display the Name of the company - to view additional information, you would tap on the Company Name.
From each Company Card you will see options for Details, Forms, Pictures, and Files.
Let's navigate through to the People module.
The People Module
Tap the Home button at the bottom of the screen to return to the Dashboard or use the back arrow in the upper left corner of the app.
From here, tap the menu in the upper left again to open the menu.
From the Menu, you will see that People has an additional arrow - if you tap this arrow, it will reveal the sub-area for Training & Competency.
This will navigate to a list of Qualifications.
For now, tap People to view the list of People.
This menu will function that same as the previous Company menu, tapping on a record will reveal more information as needed.
For now, tap the Home button to return to the Dashboard.
The Plant Module
From the Dashboard, tap the menu in the upper left corner to open the menu. Tap Plant to see the list of plant in your Prestartr.
From the list view you can see the Name of the Plant as well as it’s Status, such as Available, Onhire or Unavailable.
Tapping on a Plant name will take you to a similar menu as when viewing a Company or People record.
